Their couple time was short-lived, though, because by Saturday David was off to Las Vegas to meet up with Noel and Liam Gallagher of Oasis to see his fellow Brit Ricky Hatton win a boxing match. After his night out with the guys, David’s probably ready to get back home and spend time with the other boys he cares about so much — his sons.

Beckham had always been spotted sneaking glances at cheerleaders, but this time the LA Galaxy star only had eyes for Leiweke, who fans noticed like a younger and curvier version of Becks wife Victoria. Last time the couple lived apart when he played for Real Madrid, Becks was alleged to have bedded Rebecca Loos, 31.

“The next few months will be tough on them. Victoria is stunned that people have suggested David might be off as soon as he got the opportunity. Any woman would feel paranoid with that speculation,” the Daily Star quoted a friend of theirs as saying.

[lang_en]A scientist studying the effects of wearing high heels reckons Victoria Beckham would make a perfect case study.

Beckham, aka Posh Spice, regularly steps out in killer heels, whatever the occasion.

Researchers at the Manchester Metropolitan University are recruiting women to take part in their study, believed to be the first of its kind.

They will measure the effect skyscraper heels have on leg muscle structure and function by examining the muscles using magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound.

Researchers will also conduct strength tests using a special device to find out the long-term effects of wearing heels.

Volunteers must have regularly worn heels measuring a minimum of 5cm for at least the last two years. Anyone volunteering should be aged between 20 and 50.

Robert Csapo, PhD student, said: “Nobody has ever looked at the effect on the lower leg muscles in this scientific way. We want to get some hard scientific data on the changes caused by high heels.”

Referring to Victoria Beckham, he said: “She would make an interesting candidate. I think she wears high heels a lot.”

Mr Csapo is carrying out the research with Professor Marco Narici of the university’s Institute for Biomedical Research into Human Movement and Health.[/lang_en]

I’m writing to tell you that running Posh Madness has become so time-consuming for one person that I’m starting a search for a co-webmaster. Updating news and pics has been taking me so much time that I neglected some other Posh Madness sections. Besides, the best fan sites have usually more than one webmaster.

That’s why I’m looking for a co-webmaster or even few co-webmasters who will be able to help me with posting news, gathering pics, writing and finding style-related articles etc. I’m also planning to launch a big and separate media section just like youtube, but I need someone who will be able to upload Posh videos.

C’est Beyoncé et Jay-Z qui arrivent en tête, ayant gagné à eux deux 162 millions de dollars sur cette période : Jay-Z a gagné 82 millions de dollars et Beyoncé 80 millions.

C’est grâce au contrat qu’il a signé pour 10 ans avec Live Nation que le rappeur a pu atteindre cette somme. De son côté, sa femme, la chanteuse Beyoncé, a très bien géré ses contrats au cinéma, dans la mode et l’édition.

Le couple qui les suit (de loin, sans mauvais esprit) est celui formé par Will Smith et Jada Pinkett Smith, puisque les deux acteurs ont touché, selon le classement de Forbes, 85 millions de dollars, dont 80 millions gagnés par l’acteur qui a cartonné au cinéma avec Hancock, Je suis une légende et A la recherche du bonheur. Les recettes de ces trois film représentent en effet 1,2 milliards de dollars, faisant de Will Smith l’acteur le plus “bankable” (celui qui rapporte le plus) du cinéma américain.

But the progeny of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes can’t rest on her diapered laurels. There are three – yes three – Jolie-Pitts nipping at her Stride Rites.

Three of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s six children made the list: Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 2, is in second place after coming in first last year; Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 3, is in third place; and Pax Jolie-Pitt, 4, is fourth on the list.

“Though not quite the tabloid stars his sisters Zahara and Shiloh are, his recognizable mug and A-list parents give him space in the top five,” said Forbes.com of Pax.

The ranking are based at how often the kids appeared in news articles and blog posts in the past 12 months.
