Victoria Beckham has regained her body confidence thanks to the methods of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

The Spice Girl turned fashion designer has worked hard to get back into shape following the birth of daughter Harper Seven last July and pals have credited one of Tracy’s consultants Autumn Fladmo-Smith, with helping her to tone up.

A source told LOOK magazine: ”Gwyneth Paltrow recommended Tracy and Victoria was blown away by how good her regime was. She loves her new body. It seems to have given her a new confidence.”

Victoria isn’t the only star to work with Tracy, Jessica Simpson recently hired her to help her look her best for when she marries fiance Eric Johnson.

A source said: ”She wants to look healthy. She’s seeing results. She really loves it. She thinks it’s so much fun.”

Tracy has also previously worked with Madonna and Nicole Richie and Gwyneth has credited her with changing the shape of her butt.

Gwyneth said: ”When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was like, ‘Yeah? Good luck.’ The amazing thing is, she was right! And it’s still changing!”
